The Walkmen: two UK dates for next summer, get tickets
The Walkmen are reuniting and are coming to the UK in 2023! After two concerts scheduled in New York in April, they will come to the UK in August 2023. Sadly, it’s not a tour they have announced. All the more reasons to get a ticket to one of the two concerts they have scheduled in the British capital.
The Walkmen have booked themselves KOKO two nights in a row in August 2023. They will headline the venue on August 29 & 30. The tickets will be available from Friday, February 3 at 10 AM. You have time to get set before the sale opens, but if you’d like, you can sort out your booking right now. Pre-book tickets on Alex and let us deal with all the details.

The Walkmen: what to expect in 2023? New album? Tour?
The band announced the reunion on their social media via the voice of front man Hamilton Leithauser: “I assumed that meant there would be a lot of Monster energy drinks and maybe that red-headed snowboarder guy would be hanging around a lot… but none of that actually happened.” He added: “Instead, in the ensuing years we’ve all worked on a ton of different projects in a ton of different places. Recently, someone sent us a clip of us playing at Irving Plaza from 2003, and it just looked very exciting. So, we’ve decided we’d like to play together again.”
The band last released an album in 2012 (Heaven) and last performed together in 2014 in New Orleans. There’s a lot to expect from this reunion.
